What Does this urine Test Result Mean?

Good Morning Doctor. This is about my boy who is 3.5 years of age. His urine test reveled that he has puscells 3-5. I am very concerned of this because when he was one year old he had urinary infections but it was cured completely. Please advise. Thanks Jaison

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Pus cell up to 5 cell /hpf is normal and it has no significance.
But inform me about your full urine report for better management.
I think your boy have no urinary infection at present.
But if you are bothersome then you can go for urine culture test to confirm the infection.
Give him lots of water to drink and juice of cranberry and maintain hygiene and sanitation.
